The Employee Administration Section consists of all the Employee details that includes the Personnel Details, Family Details, Experience Details, Qualification Details and Company Details. All these details should be updated time to time to give effective information about the employee. As organisations use different shift timings for its operations, HRMS gives a facility to create any number of shifts irrespective of the shift timings. In HRMS different types of applications are available viz Leave Application, Leave Encashment Application, Salary Advance Application and Loan Application. All these application can be applied online. Employee's attendance data will be captured using the Smart Card Terminal. This data consists of In-time and Out-time of every employee. Using the employee attendance details no. of attendance days will be calculated. These days will be the input for the payroll. |
